Thanks for posting. I just about managed to read that in spite of all the videos, adverts and all the other intrusive crap on the page. Local news websites really are the worst!

So we’re to believe that they still don’t know who the special guest is?

Thanks National World for all that wonderful Page Furniture. Such a pleasure to read.

Guessing the reporter is not of our vintage, considering the Donna Summer boo-boo.....

Nice article all the same.

I've spent an awful lot of time at Preston Station waiting for the train to London. It’s one of the coldest stations in Britain, I don't know why that is but I’m always freezing and asking ‘why am I wearing a t-shirt?’
Guess I'm not the only hapless lad wearing inappropriate clothing on winter from sheer force of habit, mostly for them being a standard across the entirety of spring towards summer. Silly Chris

Lovely interview. Chris’ mum is doing well, I’m guessing she must be mid-90s.

As per the special guest I presume it will be a Radio 2 pick, much like Beverley Knight at Hyde Park, doing What have I done to deserve this?

Obviously not a lover of the classics!

Great interview and love to see that hometown pride. If you were to take a cross-section of Chris Lowe (and please don't, because we still need him!), I'm sure it would say "Blackpool" through him like a stick of seaside rock. 8)
For your own good, call me tonight.
