Electronic Idiot Country Two different mixes

I just picked up the Disappointed 7'' vinyl from a local second hand store and lo and behold the b-side was an "edit" of Idiot Country Two.
I've always loved Idiot Country Two and to me it's different enough from Idiot Country to count as a song on its own. Anyways, I've never heard or even heard about this 7'' mix of IC2. It contains the dialogue in the beginning which sadly is missing from the rereleases and remaster over the last few years.
This means there are three mixes:
Idiot Country Two (original mix): 6:25
Idiot Country Two (7'' edit): 4:44
Idiot Country Two (remaster edit): 6:05

My guess the missing dialogue in later releases is because of some copyright issue. Is the dialogue a sample from a movie?

Interesting, thanks. I'm keen to hear it now, because as you say, even the regular version is "different enough from Idiot Country to count as a song on its own", and I'm only used to hearing the version on the Disappointed CD single.

That said, the first time I heard Idiot Country Two was in a department store in Melbourne, being played by a DJ in the "hip" fashion section. Totally unexpected, but being all too familiar with the album version my ears pricked up!
