Maybe I should have put question marks in the title.
Supposedly line up has been filtered and they are part of the show!
Every portal in Chile is talking about it.
Hopefully more than rumors.

250 million potential TV spectators, quite an opportunity.
I've bumped into the occasional Youtube clip: they hand out awards followed by neverending applause and shouting. Once Psb play their greatest hits they wont have to fake it anymore.

I'd take Chile over winteryUK in February. Seems like an excellent decision.

Pet Shop Boys take the stage Monday 23 Feb
~9:00 PM local Chile time (CLST/GMT-3). Performance can last as long as 2 hours.
It can be streamed via Billboard and Billboard Español sites (US only?), possibly also Billboard's YouTube channel. Viewers in South and Latin America can stream via Disney+, and elsewhere thru use of a VPN.
Colombian group Bomba Estéreo close out the evening.
