"It´s fundamental that we do only exist in our own universe. When you like Pet Shop Boys, you are in our world. This is absolutely crucial to our entire outlook...what we do has an incredibly strong identity and applies only to us. It´s a case of not recognising the existence of anybody else!". Neil Tennant.
A detailed documentary of how they actually make a recording would be cool: what's involved in recording the tracks, how a song is actually mixed, and the mastering and production processes. That would make for a really interesting read, especially during a slow period. Even better would be to include the song discussed on a CD in demo form, then the finished track, and maybe a remix as well.
Good idea Danimal, how PSB write a track from idea to pressing.
Has everyone had Literally then? Looks like it's made it as far as Spain but not Birmingham Shamelessbehave have you had it yet or have you seen the links on here (I won't read those threads as I don't want to spoil reading the real thing!)

I got it on Monday (sweden)
I like them to spread the big news to Literally and smaller news on the web site

I didn´t join the Club this year so I can´t tell by myself. However, a friend of mine who lives in BCN will tell me as soon as he receives it, and then I´ll say it to you

1. More photos of them both.
2. More interesting details about their turn-ons and turns-off at the moment (such as new movies, music etc - not only five pieces of music from each of them once a Literally:)
3. More details about making the album - how a particular idea came to them, what Neil thought of writing the lyrics, how they feel about each song, the title, the arrangements etc.)
4. Details on other things which happen to them from everyday life (not too personal of course - just the things N&C would like to share with us).
I think the next issue of Literally will be more substantial, as we are between albums at the moment. There will certainly be more pictures, Neil and Chris won't be photographed as much in the lull between albums. Next issue, expect lyrics, album artwork and lots of photos from the new photo sessions.
No matter what people here say about you, I think respect is due. You truly are multi-layered! I have to admit this response even surprised me. I feel like touched by heaven when I read inspired typings like these by a magnificent mind thinking out of the box. A well-meant thanks to you
I'd like an agony aunt column with Satanas. Fans write in with their PSB related problems and she solves them.
"I find myself unable to function in real life because every thought I have is about the new album and how many tracks it will have. Is the introduction a track or isn't it? How many tracks do you think it will have?"
"I am a girl in love with a fifty year old homosexual keyboard player."
