I was just about to order the Pizza and the Pop.

Getting back to slight normality regarding Erasure, Someone is lining up a petition for people to sign in order for them to get the Outstanding Contribution Award. I think they are still having trouble accepting PSB have won it, to be honest. As if a petition is going to make a difference FFS. If they are worthy of consideration, they will be considered and i'm sure their name will crop up on a shortlist in the future.

London, February 2010.

"Robbie, Take That, Kylie, those fire-eating dwarves, wait.....I've just been handed what looks like a disturbed child's crayon drawing from a Mister Mig. Let me see.....Oh my God, Erasure! How could we have been so stupid? Quick, get Vince on the next plane from his log cabin, and get Andy off the cruise ship, we've got an award to present! Tell Williams to sod off, and order the finest golden leotard in the kingdom!"

Of course as s t e p h a n o has pointed out, this is all hypothetical because Erasure wouldn't accept the award anyway.

They might if the organisers let them do the catering at the awards ceremony.

Buttered scones and vol-au-vents, so very rock and roll.
