I do not automatically dismiss studies out of hand because of bare assertions or anything like that but you would like to think I would have course. I also don't swear by studies which are made by people just because of who they are or what they represent. Everybody normally has an agenda to fill at the end of the day and that cannot be doubted. The reports you mention are based on "estimates" and have been exposed for exactly that, the Cream report even confirms that at the very beginning of the report and so is clearly not based on "fact" as "facts" on this matter are not known due to the fact that Britain is not in control of its borders, something it seems that you have no problem with, I am many others however do have a problem with that, in fact I find it absolutely astonishing that anybody couldn't, but that's just me...
And I do find it funny that you see Migrantwatch as being below the quality of the studies you posted, the thing there too is that Migrant watch specialise in actually analysing reports like the ones you swear by and what they do is to study them and look for inaccuracies and information that is for some reason(!) left off of the report and which by no coincidence of course always end up changing the reports whole outlook in the end! Just because your famous reports are written by Academics does not mean they accurate. What is does mean however is that they are written by people who are very clever at hiding and misleading the truth!
You are still quoting the reports without giving me any answers to my questions, and you are now telling me that the experts have the information but that I do not? What are you talking about? There is no known information. Otherwise it would have been mentioned on the report. How can you deny that? And how can you deny that vital information hasn't been left off of the report when Migrantwatch have studied it and proved it is! Explain that to me. Show me where this information is on the report if Migrantwatch are lying. I have a copy, I will look through it if you tell me what page to look at. Could be a long wait..... Also it should be stated that I never said that migrants are more likely to work, 600,000 people that do not work should have confirmed that. Obviously not!
You are now also asking me to demonstrate why it would be a problem for 130,000 to arrive in this country in 2014. Are you serious? Are you going to tell me we have the houses, schools and hospitals to cope with that? If we do then where the hell are they? Because we absolutely do not and to put more strain on this countries infrastructure is suicidal. Oh, but I tell you what, lets just let them in and see what happens? It's worth the risk because they are such hard workers, even though there is no proof whatsoever (the opposite in fact) that they actually contribute to Britain financially (unless you miss out vital information that is!) but hey, it doesn't matter. We already have one of the biggest population densities in the world, why not just increase that?
Ludicrous, shocking, reckless, whatever word you want to add here....
It is such a shame that people like you have such little faith in the British people and the powers and potential our great country has to look after itself and prosper under its own rules and regulations. Very sad. Oh well, at least we have the right to pay people the minimum wage to poor immigrants so that they can clean our toilets and keep wages nice and low. Even if its at a social and economic price. Fantastic.
Three cheers for the British people and workers whom have made this country what it is today and of whom have to put up with a government out of touch and powerless when it comes to almost everything nowadays. Thankfully polls show that the British people have had enough and are out to reclaim this great country from the pits of the failing European "dream" where it now lays. Have faith British people, have faith!
