No so stupid I did not note it down. I also paid in cash so I cannot retrieve it digitally. But the fair will be held again in November, so you could try your luck then. It was one of these stock sellers that has discounted new and sealed items of recently released stuff.

Good news! I realized I brought the fair's program home which also has a map of the seller booths with names (it is also online). I knew the approximate location, as it was at the end of a line of stands in hall A and I knew it was a German seller as I chatted with him about this bluray in German, it being withdrawn and that he had a lot of them.

It must have been this one:

All other end of line sellers are for instance jazz only, vinyl only or not German. And this one has vinyl, video, cd etc.

They also have a physical store in Dortmund, no webstore or website unfortunately, but if you google Archiv Dortmund you can find its telephone number, it is in the Hohe Strasse. I am a bit reluctant to post the phone no here in case I am wrong...
But the seller knew about this withdrawn bluray and seemed very friendly, so if he is the correct one he will know it when he answers the phone.

Hope this results in something useful, please let me know if it does!

I just checked the bluray and CDs and I can confirm GW is actually on it, and this release is not a bootleg.

I think he does, as there were a lot of internationals at that fair, both sellers and customers. If he only speaks German he would not go to an international record fair in the Netherlands.

I just phoned them, they don't have them anymore. It was an other seller on the fair who still has them, apparently.

Just called them too. They've had a few which they sold at the record fair. No more available, all sold out.

That is a pity... the fair opened on Sunday at 10 am and I was at this seller's booth relatively early during my stay, probably before 11. So apparently the rest of the batch sold in the remaining hours. I think he had definately more than 10 left when I bought my copy. But it was the correct seller, no doubt, given this reply and the location at the fair.
I did not see the title at any of the other stands (either with or without GW). But it may mean that this release with GW circulates in Germany more widely than initially thought.

If anyone is still to get this release, it’s just over £21 at Rarewaves, using the discount voucher which is valid over the next couple of days. Stock varies…it’s been out of stock twice today before coming back in stock in small numbers…but you can sign up to be notified when it comes back if it’s sold out.
