UK Store. Annually and a T-shirt ordered a week last Friday. Hadn’t shipped as of yesterday, so messaged them to see if any movement and got a standard message about ‘delays’ - with no suggestion of when the items might actually get shipped. Giving them until after the bank holiday (Monday) and then getting PayPal involved for a refund. Such a mess.

In complete contrast, I remembered on the afternoon of the 15th that I hadn't put in a pre-order. UK store. Order confirmation 16:02 on the 15th, shipping confirmation 11:25 on the 16th, package arrived (having opted for the cheaper delivery charge) morning of the 18th. Perfect service.

Was this annually on its own? Got a sneaking suspicion that the issue might be the T- short (especially as the size I ordered has subsequently sold out on the site).

Ugh, what fresh hell is this???

Still no word from US store support. Activity noted at 8.10am yesterday - presumably Zendesk's AI bots crawling the ticket and deciding "iGnOrE!". Tried to visit the UK store instead to check on the new additions and... I can't get out of the US store. Select UK store - get sent to US store. Go incognito - get sent to US store. Clear cookies and cache - get sent to US store. Try other devices - get sent to US store.

I've either died and gone to hell or I'm trapped in an episode of Black Mirror.

Well, the postage is no surprise after last year. I'm tempted to sling a few more things in the cart to make it worth the shipping.

Have any Americans made any purchases from the UK store lately? If so, have any of you been hit with tariffs? I don't think you get charged for a book but would t-shirts and trinkets get extra charges?

But I can't figure out how to do that. Even when I pick United Kingdom from the drop-down menu, it sends me right back into the US Store. And there it says that Annually 2026 is now "sold out." Very frustrating.

Yes, but it still didn't work -- UNTIL I found a workaround just now. I found that by starting up my VPN, setting it to show my country as the UK, and clearing my browser cache, I was then able to "fool" the PSB store into allowing me to place it through the UK store site. I was then able to place my order successfully (knock on wood). We'll see if I actually get it. And if it should turn out that I wind up with two copies (with the original US store order *finally* going through at some point), then I'll see if anyone here would like to buy my extra copy from me. Fingers crossed!

I disputed my purchase on PayPal and received an immediate refund (assuming that you paid via PayPal)!

I've got the PSB UK store URL tucked away handily - I almost always order from there, extra shipping costs be damned, and always pay through Paypal. I've never liked that clicking on the website automatically sends me to Warner USA. I've had nothing but grief ordering other stuff from there, although one time they screwed up my order very much in my favour. Felt like the karma gods were looking down on me that day.

The USStore sent an email asking for my rating of their service on my request ticket. I told them exactly how I felt about this recent transaction, sparing no thoughts, feelings, or words. However in their defense, this SNAFU with Annually 2026 is my first negative experience with them, but it is inexcusable.
