OHHHH... You know, I never looked at it like that... I always interpreted it to mean it would go through the agent's vest and INTO the agent. But you're suggesting the teensiest possibility that a small hole could suddenly... accidentally... tragically... open up in the Black Wall...

These are trained professionals, I'm sure something like that would never EVER happen in the heat of the moment. Bigly never.
